The 2nd Phase of the YDA Park Avenue Project was fully completed by the end of 2017, and units were delivered to its owners. The project, which is executed jointly with Yenimahalle Municipality as one of the prime examples of urban transformation, is a mixed-use investment project situated on the Anadolu Boulevard in Yenimahalle, Ankara, on lots belonging to YDA Construction, Inc., with the following construction layout: a total of 18 residential blocks with 1,855 residential units and 37 shops on 1 lot on Map Section No. 64,472; and 36 shops on 5 lots on Map Section No. 64,470.
The breakdown of the unit sizes is 946 4-bedroom units, 889 3-bedroom units, 16 2-bedroom units, and 4 1-bedroom units. Shops have been designed in various sizes. The total residential construction area is 492,000 m2, with a commercial area of 49,000 m2, and the total closed construction area is 541,000 m2. YDA Park Avenue Residences are situated on 133,000 m2 on Anadolu Boulevard, which one of the most rapidly appreciating neighborhoods of Ankara. There are connections to the main transport arteries such as Eskişehir, Konya, and Istanbul Roads, and the Northern Ring Road. It is only 7-8-minutes from Kızılay, less than 5 minutes’ walk from the Hospital and Macunköy stations of the metro, and 2 minutes’ walk from the Oncology Hospital. Convenient transportation allows three University Campuses to be reached within 10 minutes. The Project is also very closely situated to the Atatürk Forest Farm. The Project has many characteristics novel to Residential Projects in Turkey such as a habitat for pets, an outdoor movie theater, adventure park, pool for model boats and skating rink. The Project also offers many recreational options such as indoor and outdoor sports areas, jogging trails, indoor pools with mixed or “women-only” options, alluring pools with aqua games, and a cycling trail. There are also gyms and spas serving men and women separately. The units of the 1st Phase of the Project, consisting mainly of 4- and 3-bedrooms, were delivered between July and October 2016; and those of the 2nd Phase were delivered between July and September 2017.
