YDA Defence & Aerospace Inc. carries out manufacturing, representation, and distributorship activities to meet the needs of all institutions and organizations operating in the defence and aviation fields. Through its companies LASERSAN, SMART, and ACRUX, the Group develops high-technology hardware and software modules, electro-optical systems, laser communication systems, radar systems, RFID and IoT solutions, military software, AI-based systems, and a wide range of end-to-end defence technologies built on high performance, reliability, and advanced innovation.
Established as a joint venture between ASFAT (operating under the Ministry of National Defence of the Republic of Türkiye) and YDA Group, AYDA Integrated Defence Systems conducts international defence projects.
