Completed in 2022 and commencing production operations the same year, the YDA Industrial Complex — operating under the “YDA Industrial Park” brand — is an investment project consisting of six separate factories, established to contribute to Kazakhstan’s import substitution efforts and help reduce the country’s current account deficit.
Located in the Industrial Zone of Astana, this industrial complex brings together six different production facilities under a single roof, making it the first project of its kind in Kazakhstan.
Built on a total area of 120,000 m², with 40,000 m² of enclosed production space, the industrial complex includes the following manufacturing facilities:

Office Furniture Factory
Prefabricated Building Factory
PVC and Aluminum Factory
Boiler and Pressure Vessels Factory
