Türkistan Airport Connection Road
The first 5 km of the 16.4-km road providing a direct connection between the Turkistan International Airport and the city of Turkistan consists of 2×3 lanes and the remaining 11.4 km consists of a 2×2 lane asphalt platform. The project involves 20 meters of landscaping, a bicycle path, and a pedestrian walking path on both sides of the 5 km part of the road. The road will be equipped with two double-span bridges. The project was completed by the end of February 2021.
