Tokat – Niksar Highway project, tendered by the General Directorate of Highways.The 48 kilometer-long Tokat-Niksar Highway will play an important role in connecting the Black Sea Region to the Central Anatolia Region with the completion of the Niksar-Ünye route in near future.
