The owner of the land in The Kayseri Forum Residences investment project is YDA Construction Industry and Trade, Inc., and the contractor is ASR Real Estate, Inc. The targeted completion date for the project is March 2016. The property belongs to YDA Construction Industry and Trade, Inc., which transferred the land to ASR Real Estate, Inc. based on a “revenue sharing in return for land” model. Landscaping, recreational facilities, and all construction works in the residential units are to be undertaken by the project contractor, ASR Real Estate, Inc.
