The İstanbul Residences (İstanbul)
The project’s 1st phase, “Sahil Park Residences,” and 2nd phase “İstanbul Veli Efendi Residences” have been successfully completed. The Istanbul Residences Project is the 3rd phase of the real estate development project, for which a tender was issued by KIPTAŞ (Istanbul Residence Development Plan Tour. Transport Industry and Trade, Inc.). YDA Construction Industry and Trade, Inc. (75%) and Kuruluş Construction and Foreign Trade Co., Ltd. (25%) have jointly undertaken the project.
The project was completed in 2015 and targeted completion date of the mosque that is built in the project area with donations is June 2016.
The contract covers 355 residential units, 12 shops, a recreational facility, and a closed parking lot.
