DEVELOPMENT AL – SHALCHIYA AND AL- TUBJI INTERSECTIONS IN BAGHDAD GOVERNORATE ( Baghdad /Iraq)
The project, designed to ease traffic congestion in central Baghdad and ensure uninterrupted vehicle flow, is fundamentally composed of two major interchanges: Al Shalchiya Interchange and Al Tubji Interchange.
As part of this initiative aimed at reducing urban traffic density and improving mobility, the Al Shalchiya Interchange was completed in 2024, followed by the Al Tubji Interchange in 2025, both now fully operational.
