YDA Group, which has undertaken significant industrial investments in various countries — particularly in Turkey, Kazakhstan, and Iraq — operates in diverse product segments. In Turkey, the Group continues production in its PVC, aluminum, and furniture manufacturing facilities.

With the YDA Industrial Complex, YDA Group has realized a major industrial investment and operates under the brand name YDA Industrial Park in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan. Comprising six distinct factories, the complex adheres to international standards. Completed in 2022 and now fully operational, this unique investment — the first of its kind in Kazakhstan — is located in Astana’s industrial zone and aims to reduce the country’s imports and current account deficit.

Situated on a 40,200 m² plot with a construction area of 19,830 m², the complex was further expanded in 2024 with the addition of YDA Industrial Park Phase 2, a state-of-the-art facility covering 8,810 m². The industrial complex includes specialized manufacturing centers such as:

Continuing to enhance its production capacity and diversify its product range, YDA Group is now establishing a Sandwich Panel Production Facility as part of the ongoing investments within the YDA Industrial Park.

YDA Group is also expanding rapidly in the industrial sector in Iraq. In the city of Fallujah, the company is currently constructing a Copper Factory, which will consist of 8,600 m² of enclosed space and approximately 30,000 m² of open area. Upon completion, this facility will mark the Group’s entry into copper production, further broadening its industrial portfolio.
