The Aselsan REHİS Gölbaşı Facilities Stage 2 Project, implemented under the leadership of the Aselsan Construction and Real Estate Directorate, with Entegre Proje Yönetim ve Danışmanlık Tic. A.Ş. as the consultant and YDA Construction as the main contractor, has been designed as a high-security building with a total construction area of approximately 52,633 m².
The project features curtain wall systems, aluminum composite panel claddings, fiber-reinforced concrete panels, and sandwich panels. The connection between the façade and the interior has been developed to allow horizontal circulation areas to benefit from natural daylight. Interior spaces have been designed with flexibility to accommodate the dynamic structure of the institution. In the office and laboratory blocks, pocket cafeterias and terrace/rest areas have been created to meet the staff’s need for relaxation.
