Nevbahçe Residences Project in Ankara is the 3rd and last phase of Nevbahar Residences Project (with 1,244 residential units), which is undertaken by ATM Construction Investment and Management, Inc., an affiliate of YDA Group, under the “profit/loss participation investment” model. The construction started in March 2014 and was undertaken in August 2015.
This is an investment project situated on two separate lots of 14,286 and 6,604 m², consisting of a total of 220 4-bedroom residential units. The project has been delivered on a turnkey basis. This project is characterized by being the last phase of Nevbahar Residences Project, which has a strong brand value thanks to the previously completed two phases. The project stands out with its proximity to the local marketplace, shopping center, healthcare clinic, schools, the Nevbaçe Botanic Park that spreads over 56,000 sqm, and subway lines.
