Dalaman International Airport New Domestic & International Terminals

The New Terminal Building of the Dalaman International Airport was completed in 2018 and opened the building to the service of the people of the region, the tourism sector and economy of our country.

The contract covers the construction of a New Terminal Building, New Apron Barrier Building, New Power Plant – Thermal Power Center, Energy Distribution Building, Parking Lot, Viaduct and New Terminal Roads and the demolition of the Former Domestic Terminal Building. With connection roads, parks, a biological treatment plant, solar energy system and other auxiliary buildings to render the New Terminal energyefficient and environmentally-friendly, the passenger capacity of the New Terminal of the Dalaman Airport will be 15 million, bringing momentum to regional tourism. By financing the construction and operation of the New Terminal of the Dalaman Airport through the Public Private Partnership (PPP) model, the EBRD entered for the first time in its history in financing the growth of a regional airport. The EUR 162 million Investment Loan Agreement for the New International Terminal of the Dalaman Airport has been signed with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and UniCredit Bank.
