Kars Kağızman Road
The 18th (Kars) General Directorate of Highways issued a tender in 2016 for the (Kars-Selim) Junction – Kötek Road construction project. The project is undertaken by Kıbrıs Construction and Contracting, Inc. (33%), TEYDA Construction, Contr., Elec. Ind. and Trade, Inc. (34%), and YDA Construction Industry and Trade, Inc. (%33) Partnership. The targeted date of completion for the ongoing project is January 2020. The contract covers 37.6 km BHM road construction. The rate of completion at end of 2017 was 9.78%.
