YDA Center is a real estate development project consisting of office and commercial spaces, located on Parcel 6 (now Parcel 10), Block 29096, Karakusunlar Neighborhood, Çankaya District. The project is being developed under a construction-rights-in-exchange-for-land-share agreement with the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality.
On the southern side of the project, there is also a park area designed to serve both the office tower occupants and the city. The park will feature underground parking facilities and a landscaped area above, with food and beverage outlets. The complex is composed of three main elements: the Urban Plaza, the High Flat Office, and the Park Area, all interconnected by a central Urban Void.
