ATM airport construction and management Inc. which is a part of YDA Group has won the Tender of building and operating Dalaman airport international Terminal which was held by by General directorate of state airports authority (DHMI)in 2003 which was a B.O.T (Build, Operate, Transfer) tender.

By implementing this project a new international Terminal building was constructed in 95,000 m2 closed construction area. Also 210,000 m2 of apron was built, therefore the capacity of international Terminal increased to 10,000,000 passenger and the parking for the airplanes increased to 35.

The project implemented by German Hypo-Vereinsbank and YDA resources. The Supervising of the project was done by international companies such as, Scott Wilson (U.K), Obermeyer GmbH (Germany) Deloitte Touch and Miller.

ATM airport construction and management Inc. is dedicated to operate the Dalaman International Terminal based on international norms.

Dalamn Airport which covers the Turkey's most important tourist spots of the coastal strip Datca, Marmaris, Gocek, Dalyan, Sarigerme, Fethiye, Ölüdeniz, Kalkan and Kas is equipped with the latest technology with a capacity of 10,000,000 passengers. This airport can easily answer to the daily increase of the passengers in the region.

The airport project which is implemented by the YDA Group has won several domestic and international rewards. In 1999 The ATM international terminal Project which was designed by famous architects Emre Arolat and bunyamin Derman won the first rank award from General directorate of state airports authority (DHMI) for its great combination of modern architecture and eco-friendly design. Also in 2006 it has been awarded “AR awards for Emerging Architecture” which was contributed by 462 projects from 53 countries for its eco-friendly design and away from clichés solutions. It was the first time that this reward was gain by Turkey.
